Calling for Artists – Urban

Proposals are invited from artists who are exploring urban living for an exhibition running 19 - 30 August 2026.

We invite artists to submit works for an upcoming exhibition that reflects the Celebration of Urban Living capturing the spirit, complexity, and rhythm of contemporary city life.

This exhibition seeks to explore the many layers of urban experience: its energy and density, its quiet and overlooked moments, and the ways in which cities shape identity, community, and connection. We are looking for work that responds to the pulse of the city, from its architectural forms and movement to its human stories and emotional landscapes.

We are seeking work across a broad range of mediums, including painting, sculpture, photography, printmaking, textiles, fibre art, soft sculpture, weaving, and installation.

Applications from artists, curators, collectives, and artist groups are welcome.

Submission Deadline: 24 May 2026
