Artist Statement

An Asian-Australian based artist. A passionate traveller in search of inspirations, captivated with using colours, texture and rhythmic strokes to the paintings.

Artist Bio

Crystal Wu was born in Shanghai China, and moved to Melbourne in 2018. She worked for fashion production for more than 20 years, and is in charge of her own business in China. Since her moving to Melbourne, she devoted a lot of time to arts, paintings and travelling. In 2023, her two works both named “Untitled”, were selected for exhibition at TWHA WHIF in Los Angeles, in 2024, her work “ EXIT” was again selected for a show case at ANKHART in Paris. In the same year, she had her solo painting exhibition in Melbourne “ Love- Symphony of colors” at ACAE gallery.
