Narrative fine art photographer Marea Reed tells stories of lost people, lost places, in an attempt to elicit a visceral reaction of recognition and feeling. In Think of Me at My Best, perfect but strange suburban scenes trap figures in emotional states, which exist just beyond our ability to name them in language. They are transitional forms captured in seasoned exteriors and stuffy interiors, maturing gradually in the half-light.
