Just like the iconic Blondie song - the show's namesake - 'In the flesh' delves into the realm of bodies and the physical touch.

Figurative artist Angus Wishart explores this theme with a body of work that is both visceral and cerebral, with a fluid, watery undercurrent reminding us that our bodies are mostly water. The creation of these works spanned the entirety of the pandemic, instilling a collective sense of longing, the echoes of which can be evoked from the work. Ultimately this show is a celebration of bodies in all their varied forms, and raises a glass to the return of human contact. The wait is over; it's time to embrace.
