‘Efflorescence,’ a solo exhibition by Misha Harrison, explores the boundaries of materiality through the genre of still life.

The artworks translate real-life arrangements of flowers, drapery, and objects into three-dimensional artworks that combine sculpture, painting, and textile practices.

Harrison's process involves meticulously hand-cutting, painting, and embroidering plywood that is then assembled into a complex arrangement akin to a large and intricate jigsaw puzzle.
