From the Centre to the Sea evolved around two recent trips Jennifer Sherlock took to the MacDonald Ranges “Arrente Country” and the Surf Coast “Wadawurrung Country”. This body of work reflects Jennifer's deep connection to the natural world and shows the beauty and diversity of our landscapes. Jennifer's work invites viewers to share in her sense of awe while highlighting the need to protect our ancient land.
Artist Bio
Jennifer Sherlock has spent her life involved in the arts. Her first of many exhibitions was at the age of nineteen. Her long career has taken on many forms; stained glass, theatre design, boutique clothing label, mural work and puppetry. Jennifer's primary form of expression is painting.
