The works presented represent an ongoing interest by the artist in the elementary responses that tend to drive a person's wide-ranging visual/ sensual perceptions.

Broadly, the approach taken is to provide an opportunity to momentarily evacuate the accepted, generic mind space by exploring the fundamental possibilities of placing the dialogue in a more elementary bandwidth.

The connection to this notion is thus encouraged by entering a dialogue with the viewer via a range of ideas, icons and universal practices (shapes, colour, line, pattern, mathematics, geometry, text, language, etc) that reside in everyday activities, but may not necessarily be acknowledged.
